Kids Love Yoga Terms & Conditions

Kids Love Yoga or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during sessions.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@kidsloveyoga.org.uk or 07540 489 779 / 07540 240 404

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the email address or phone number that you have used to book.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority

REFUND POLICY FOR CLUB BOOKINGS 

- Once you have booked your child’s place we can only offer refunds in certain circumstances. 

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- No refunds will be considered less than 72 hours before the start of your child’s first class in the block of sessions. 

- Refunds requested more than 72 hours before the start of the first class in the block of sessions will be subject to a £15 administration fee. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances: 

- Your child has suffered a medical condition that means they will not be able to access the sessions. We kindly ask for this to be confirmed in writing by a GP. 

- Your child will no longer be attending the school, as confirmed in writing by the Headteacher of your school. 

- In exceptional circumstances, as determined by Kids Love Yoga we may consider partial refund applications where the block has already started. If you believe that you qualify for this then please contact us on info@kidsloveyoga.org.uk

REFUND POLICY FOR HOLIDAY CAMP BOOKINGS 

Our Yoga Holiday Camps fees are non-refundable with two exceptions. We will issue refunds when an event is cancelled or when a buyer has been charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase.
